At Family First Home Care, we believe in fairness, transparency, and trust.
 

1. Payments

Payments for services are governed by individual client agreements and invoices.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services.

  • Refunds or service credits may be available for prepaid services canceled within the required notice period.

  • No refunds are issued for completed visits or last-minute cancellations, unless required by law.
