At Family First Home Care, we believe in fairness, transparency, and trust.
1. Payments
Payments for services are governed by individual client agreements and invoices.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services.

Refunds or service credits may be available for prepaid services canceled within the required notice period.

No refunds are issued for completed visits or last-minute cancellations, unless required by law.
